Breach of contract?

Hello - this is really minor but just super irritating and I need to understand what my right are.

Last year my dd attended a film club organised though her infant school but run through an external company. My contract is with them.

The film club was a total farce, it's management even worse but it finished for the spring term and we (the parents) was promised a film download of their work by the end of the summer term.

Well obviously this didn't happen and I would like to know what I should do next. I have emailed the programme director but he is now just ignoring me and the school are aware and have tried to communicate with him too to no avail. All I want is the download that I paid for? What can I do next?

Thanks

Decide how much they should refund for the missing download and send them a letter or email telling them how much they owe you, giving them a deadline to pay and warning that you will take legal action if they don't pay up. If the deadline passes without payment you will be able to take action against them in the small claims court.
