Gift is now a loan apparently

My ex's twattery knows no bounds.
Finally got his form E through and he wants £6,000 for a boob job I had in 2007 deducted and is claiming £7,000 his dad gave us, which I questioned the wisdom of at the time as I didn't feel it was put to good use tbh, that now apparently is a loan. No repayments have been made or documentation signed. I feel bad as he is an old man but he has helped his son to fuck me and the kids over since we split so am inclined to say tough luck.
Surely neither of these are going to be deducted from the equity in the house ?

Unfortunately I lowered myself to charging him for Ivf he just made me so angry (Ivf was after he changed his mind about a vasectomy not fertility issues, I wouldn't be that cruel)
