Due to ex refusing to give contact details and not agreeing with how I feel DS should be reintroduced to ex, after over 3 years of no contact, I have said he will have to go back to court. Ex wanted to just take him out when my DS has no idea who he is as he last saw him when he was 2 nearly 3.
Ex has broken previous contact order i.e. not bothered seeing DS for over 3 years and before that only very sporadically and not at all like the court order stated.
I was just wondering what the normal way would be for a court to set out contact after so long.
