My ex DP has agreed to my DH adopting my DD and the social worker has advised that we need to submit a statement of facts with the formal adoption application.
Could somebody advise me how this would be set out? I understand it's essentially a timeline of events but it's the format I'm struggling with.
Is it a seriers of bullet points I.e met on xxx date, pregnancy discovered on xxx or is there more to it? As it outlining the specifics of our relationship (he was EA whilst I was pregnant which is why I left).
