I was employed and had a clause in my contract not to approach any clients after I left employment. I left in April and the company was taken over in May, all staff at my office were made redundant as I would have been if I had stayed. Where do I stand in approaching former clients, most of which were clients I had brought in myself, I am now self-employed and would love to keep the clients as I have worked with them for years. I am in Scotland if that makes any difference......
