I have to be vague due to the expectation that this post could be used in court against me. My ex is unbelievably controlling and has the court eating out of their hand despite concerns.
The court made an order that my ex could see their daughter in a contact centre weekly. Not a problem? I agree.
Except the contact is taking place during my contracted working hours. Work have refused a request to alter them because of business needs. The judge was aware I have to work and have said 'tough'. Basically contact is what it is and if I don't take my daughter I will be breached and brought back to court immediately due to frustrating contact. My barrister did point out that I was being set up to fail but the judge repeated 'tough'.
I have never breached before and have been supportive of contact progression because this is about my child not me. I am in shock. My ex who is a blatant bully and an ass skipped out of court cheering (no exaggeration) in front of everyone.
What can I do? Do I risk being sacked or do I breach the order???
