40th Birthday ideas??

Hi! I've got 6 children ages 1,3,6,12,14 &17
I'm turning 40 in January & am lucky to already have a child free weekend away over my birthday!
I just don't know what to do to involve my children (&extend the celebrations 😉)!
We (my husband, their dad) can't really go away again, so am thinking of days out, great family restaurants??
It's hard being in winter!!
Would love anyone's suggestions! Thanks!

I should add I'm in Northamptonshire but could travel to London!
