Now have 3 dc so looking for a narrorw booster seat for middle seat which isn't full size. Have seen an inflatable style one but wondered if anyone has one or any other type.
Thank you.

I have 2 highback boosters in my car and this skinny cushion in the middle. The child on the cushion is protected from side impact if the sides of the carseats on either side are appropriately designed and also their head can be protected by the adult headrest.

Wouldn't but a cushion apparently they are being made illegal this year, we went to a local baby stockists and they informed us of this.

we Hort the Britax Adventure which has great side impact and is narrow.

We got the Maxi-Cosi Robi, high back booster. Spent over an hour at one of the In-Car Safety Centres changing round and round the car seats and boosters. The Maxi-Cosi was nominally narrower than the others so all three seats fitted.

I do have face cloths around the plug for the seat belt so it can't keep sliding down when you are trying to put the seat belt in.

mums with 3 kids in the back on boosters or car seats, what type of car do you drive? Have just posted on here as pregnant with DC3 & going to change my car as will need 1 booster in the back and 2 proper car seats (will have 3 under 4).What age child can go on "skinny Booster?"

We had a Citroen Picasso when we only had 3 children. It was a really great, economical car and was wide enough for 3 car seats on the back seat.

We had 3 Britax car seats then. 1 was the Elite and the other 2 were 0-4 year seats but can't remember which ones. They prob have better ones by now anyway.

We use one of the ones that stays rear facing until aged 4 now, with our youngest. These do tend to be bigger though.

Booster seats with no back or head protection are very unsafe.

In a side impact collision your child's head would be smashed against the door or window, enough to kill or seriously injure them.
