Natural FET with average 42 day cycle

Hi

I have just had my follow up after having a CP from a fresh cycle..
We are lucky enough to have 3 frozen embryos.
We chatted about a natural or medicated FET and as my cycles are regular, i could go for a natural FET despite me having 42 day cycles.

Im an obviously ovulator (clearly not even a word) i get the classic symptoms of pain, twinges, bloating and EWCM so am i right to think we could/should give natural a go.

In the info pack my consultant gave me, it states natural if cycle under 35 days and medicated if over 35 or no periods/irregular. I questioned him about this and he said i should be ok as i do ovulate regularly.

Does anyone have any experience/thoughts on this?

Thanks

Only that I have a short regular cycle of 26-27 days and did medicated both times, second worked. By medicated I mean that I had a trigger shot and something to hold things back until then. Then cyclogest and evorel in the run up too.

Dr seemed to debate it but I didn’t see her workings so don’t know the reasons. Medicated was fine... I think it is probably good to have a little extra control and certainty?

Hi how did you get on with your natural transfer... I’m having ICSI. Had egg collection 25th October and embryo transfer 30th October. Got positive pregnancy test and then had a MC 22nd November. Hospital decided to go for natural cycle this time with no injections or medication due to me having regular cycles. Had a period on Christmas Day and started ovulation testing, rang on high ovulation day and had frozen embryo transfer on 12th Jan. I’m now on 2ww and feeling cramps. Really anxious and nervous because of the MC - anyone else in the same situation?? Xx
