Anyone else taken a day off during down reg?

Morning. Just wondered if anyone else has taken the odd day off during treatment that isn't due to appointments at the clinic?
Have woken up this morning feeling really groggy and exhausted and just want to stay in bed. However, some how feeling a bit guilty about it 😩😩

I think you need to listen to your body during this whole process! Take a sick day! You will hopefully feel better tomorrow.

Thank you for your reply, makes me feel a bit better. I just feel like cuddling up with a hot water bottle. Banging headache too and paracetamol aren't touching the sides!

Yes, 14 days to be exact! It was brutal. I"m very sensitive to meds anyway. Watched Gilmore Girls and didn't see my family cos I was really sick. Stay in bed!

I ended up snoozing most of the day Friday, my body obviously needed it. The down reg bit always takes it out of me but this time round more than ever! I suppose you've just got to listen to your body eh! Thanks for your reply 👍🏻
