Im getting my ET at 12pm and this is when i take my pessaries normally. I start at 5am up at 4am everyday so i feel its just easier to pop it in on my lunch break and lie in the car for a bit(not ideal i know) but the fot of waking up even earlier is just a big no no for me lol i know you obvs need to take them every 12 hrs so i dont want to mess with that but how long did any of you ladies wait after the ET to pop one in?

My ET appointment only took 20mins. I was straight to bathroom after to empty my bladder and put one in then. You can then go straight to your car have a lie down. I wouldn’t do it before ET as they cleaned my cervix before inserting the catheter so it might get cleaned away.

I didn’t do mine before the transfer.. I meant I did mine in the days between EC and transfer.. I did mine at bedtime so I was already laid down

I had to take 3, so one whenever I woke up, one 12 hours after, and the last before bed. Consistency rather than a specific schedule is more important because the embryo needs a consistent hormone profile in the early days.

I think I was told to put them up the bum before ET and might have done for a day or so after as well.

I always had cyclogest which you can use rectally.
