Hello I'm wondering if anyone got any advice to boost letrozole to work? I've fell pregnant on it once using it for the first time. To only have miscarriage at 9weeks 6days. Tryed again last month with no luck. I took tablets on day 3-7 of cycle. Unsure of ovulation days. Does anyone think it makes a difference at what time of day or night, it matters when trying to conceive. Wondering if I'm missing my ovulation window. Any help be appreciated Rachel Blush

If you managed to conceive, the letrozole itself did its job but sadly that doesn’t always equal success. Have you had scans? If so, what is your endo thickness like? I have progesterone support... not that I have ever got pregnant

Hello, no I haven't had scans since my miscarriage. I have been refered from private dr back to NHS so I could be referred for ivf. He just said take a few months more of letrozole, he thinks I might get pregnant again. No drs have told me anything else I can use with letrozole. Feeling abit out the loop. As I keep seeing on here that some woman have trigger shots. Maybe I see how this moth goes. If no success ring up dr and see anything else he can do. Is there other things they should be doing?

A trigger shot won’t help if you are ovulating - I think your drs advice is right! Good luck!
