First gynacology appointment

Looking for some advice in regards to our first gynacology appointment.

Had 21 day blood test, SA all normal. My partner does suffer from delayed ejaculation also. We have been trying for nearly 3 years.

After going through all of these tests my gp tells me that there is no funded IVF cycles in Essex at all. Obviously I came away deflated and wondering why they hadn't mentioned this before. He agreed to refer me anything to see what our options are.

Given the choice of our 3 nearest hospitals one of which is in another county that does offer treatment. Has anyone been in this situation? Will it be based on where I live anyway regardless of which hospital I choose. Or as it's one of our options are we likely to be excepted for treatment.
