Ttc-low sperm count

Hello. My husband and I have been try for around 5 years now. I had bloods a couple of years ago which were fine, and his doctor rang today about his sperm test results. We haven’t got the stats but he said it wasn’t good news :( his count is low and motility not very good.
We don’t smoke or drink, he has taken wellman conception and Maca root for around 6 months but stopped (keeps forgetting)
Does anyone have any success stories? Any vitamins that help with sperm? Just feel really gutted today and he is devastated :’(

Proseed or fertilaid both get really good reviews. We used fertility and it improved everything for my DH but count/quality was still really low so we paid for private icsi in Czechia

Maybe worth googling Mr Ramsey in London too. He's the god of sperm I believe :)
