Pcos myo inositol & breast feeding

Hello all I'm still breastfeeding my 13 month old i have Pcos & underactive thyroid . I sadly suffered my second miscarriage over Christmas and while I'm not trying for a time I want to get my body ready I'm taking already b12 vitamin d folate and probiotics and using magnesium oil spray I'm wondering about adding inositol to the mix as I know its like nature's metformin I was wondering on zinc to anyone in my position know if inositol is safe during bf. What mixture Did other Pcos ladies take I can't take mulitvits due to iodine content . Any advice would be appreciated many thanks
