Myo-inositol - non PCOS

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about taking Myo-Inositol for non-PCOS sufferers? I've read various things -and with not being a non-pcos sufferers I'm just concerned that I'm taking things that actually may not be doing any favours from a hormone balance point of view....
