Menopausal at 26.. What is my body playing at?

Ok so.. Back story. Diagnosis of Endometriosis in 2013. Was placed into a chemically induced menopause (Prostap injection) in January. All was fine, pain went from a daily 6/10 to niggles occasionally. No periods since January.

I was started on HRT at the beginning of September - I lasted 3 weeks. HRT left me in pain again and mentally quite unstable. I stopped HRT by the end of September.

In the last few weeks I've done nothing but sleep. I feel totally drained, washed out, bloated, sore boobs and now a raging cold. I've also had spotting after sex at the weekend...

Is this down to the menopause or has my body decided to throw something else into the mix..?

I was hoping it might just be the injection playing havoc with my hormones.. But being pregnant has definitely been playing on my mind recently. Especially as I did nothing but EAT all weekend - ravenous would describe my appetite.

When I was pg but didn't know it, I went to pizza Express with friends. I had dough balls, a pizza, a dessert and two fizzy drinks (I never drink fizzy drinks); then I went home and had some toast... In hindsight, I maybe should have guessed there was something else going on.

Oh really..? I like my food but even my husband commented on what I put away yesterday... Breakfast alone was coffee, 2 breakfast bars, 3 satsumas and a toasted teacake.
I know when I was pregnant at 18 (ended in miscarriage) I was so bloated, so early on, my jeans wouldn't do up - which is the situation I'm in now.
Was just hoping it might just be menopause playing havoc...
