Hi all. There's probably a conversation on here already with the answers to this, but I'm struggling to find it. If there is, could someone point me in the right direction please?
I'm just after some advice. Been ttc for a year with no joy. Diagnosed with pcos, then yesterday had a laparosocopy. The discharge report says I had endo deposits on the uteroviscal pouch, pouch of Douglas and right and left uterosacral ligaments. All deposits were ablated with bipolar diathermy (which I guess means lasered off?)
Initial resistance to passage of dye through tubes but following ballooning, eventual spillage through fimbrial end. Some intraluminal blockage cleared by procedure. This is good right? There was a problem which was fixed?
My OH has also had a semen analysis which has shown a very low count. 0.6 million. This, from what I understand is very bad news.
So sorry for the long post, but today I'm in a bit of a state and I'm doing the worst thing - googling!
If anyone can shed some light on what this means or has any similar experiences, I'd love to hear. My follow up appointment is in 6 weeks but it just seems such a long time to feel sad about what I now think is confirmation that conceiving naturally is not my path 😔
