Secondary infertility in Calderdale,

Hello, my husband and I have two daughter aged 3 and nearly 5. We never really planned a third but fell pregnant after three years not trying or preventing but sadly had a miscarriage at 12 weeks. It's been 15 months and still no luck trying to conceive another little bean. I have had two laparoscopies for endometriosis one ten years ago, the other 2.5 years ago.
I apparently had one ovary stuck to the side of my uterus with scar tissue which was dealt with.
My go has today given me all the paper work for my blood tests on cd3 and semen test for my husband. Just wondering what happens next? And if in this area I would still be offered a drug such a clomid if suitable? Am I right in thinking that secondary infertility patients are offered pretty much everything except ivf?
Any help or advice greatly appreciate especially from people in the Calderdale and Huddersfield nhs trust areas!
