Could anybody share their experience of conceiving with a partner who has retrograde orgasm please? My husband had surgery for colo-rectal cancer in June and since then has not ejaculated. We are so fortunate that the cancer seems to have been removed in time to save his life and we are the ridiculously doting parents of a 1 year old. But none the less it breaks our hearts that the chance of conceiving again are now so slim as we'd always imagined having 2 children. We have been offered a referral for infertility treatment by the cancer nurse he sees and we will take that up in due course.
