18 year old Henry Surtees dies after being struck in the head in F2 race

This is such a tragedy, only 18 years old that's no age at all. It makes me so sad to think that had the wheels been tethered as they are in F1 this may have been avoided. Why on Earth do they not tether the wheels as a matter of course?
