I think it is admirable of the council to recycle an existing skyline. Skylines take millions of years to biodegrade and can constitute a trip hazard for low-flying aircraft.

It's funny, but scarey to think that such dim people have access to a huge amount of public funding.

I think its probably something to do with the fact that they outsource a lot of things these days- a graphic designer in Cardiff probably doesn't have an intimate knowledge of the B'ham skyline!
