Apparently it was harmless but didn't this sort of scare happen about a decade or so ago, where there seemed to be a spate of them? Could that be starting up again or is this more common than I realise. Must be terrifying

Pretty despicable thing to do. Seems to have been corn starch so harmless physically but just not on to terrorise people like that.
