George Square Accident.

I know there's not really much to say about this but it keeps playing on my mind so thought I might as well start a thread.

Listening to the news unfold from friends/family in the area and the media coverage is just awful, I know accidents happen all year round but this being so close to Christmas just strikes a chord more than ever.

I can't even begin to imagine how the poor man who was driving the truck must feel waking up to be told that through no fault of his own, he has killed 6 people and injured 10's more and the families if those who passed or were seriously injured must be going through hell right now whilst others (me included) are whinging about how many gifts are under the tree or if everything is organised for a bloody dinner when this just puts everything into perspective. :(
