Part of me thinks they shouldn't have obscured the little sods' faces, but then I suppose they will think they are heroes for making the news and I doubt the parents will feel any shame or dish out any punishment!

What were the consequences of their aggressive and foul behaviour?
Very little that will have an impact.
What will be the consequences if they repeat that behaviour next week? Or the week after?
What will they be like as a predatory pack at 16?

There will be no consequences at all as most of them are under 10.
Sweet bugger all even for the older ones.

Had one of the teens laid a finger on them, they'd have ended up with a criminal record as they would be 16+

Unfortunately, nothing new. I remember kids like that in my local area (west London) 30 or so years ago. I think the parents and kids are completely alienated from normal society.
