Transgender rights - what are they?

Not sure if the right place to post but wasn't sure where was best.

I'm not being goady, this is a genuine question:

What are transgender rights?

I've seen these rights talked about but no one has defined them and therefore I don't understand what they are.

I am currently losing my mind asking myself the same question. I see that the media refer to Karen White - the male rapist - as she and I cannot see how that is right for women or trans women? I am bewildered and have started a thread myself. I hope you get some knowledgeable answers.

I've just looked at the feminism chat board and seen how many threads there are of a similar nature. I usually only look at the active list. So many people are questioning the same things but don't seem to be getting any answers.
