Clean beds, but the jammies will have to wait as they are wrapped up. Wish I had thought of not wrapping tho to be honest. New jim jams for Christmas Eve is a lovely idea- have to buy them for me as well as DS next year.

The DDs are getting new sets (Dr Who and Hello Kitty ) for Christmas so I'll have to change them tomorrow.

I am cleaning everything today and DH and DC's are actually helping

Although DS2 just complained that I am on my laptop and not helping - cheeky sod!!

I have been going since 9am, so think I deserve a little rest

Changing the bedding is one thing I have done!

I really want to clean the house for tomorrow but am still in work - booooo. Dread to think what state its in as the kitten of mass destruction has already pulled the tree over three times and the carpet was littered with baubles and plastic pine needles last time I looked.

Maybe a Christmas fairy will have done it for me...

GColdtimer · 24/12/2009 13:13

Me too, I really don't know why but it HAS to be done!

I have to have clean sofa cushions

WideWebWitch · 24/12/2009 13:17

Omg, this sounds like just yet ANOTHER thing to do. No, no no! Women, free yourselves from the tyranny of Christmas 'traditions' that just mean extra work!

(our sheets are changed every week by the cleaner, good enough for me)

My sofa looked sooo skanky next to my pretty tree, I just had to do it
