If you've been invited by Tesco via email to book your Christmas delivery slot, as I was last week, and have booked one, do not rely on your groceries coming. I have booked a 7-9am delivery on Christmas Eve, have an email to confirm it, but have just been told by a manager on the customer helpline (as I was complaining about today's very late delivery) that Tesco aren't delivering on Christmas Eve and I shouldn't have been able to have booked it. All the slots in our area have been booked already so it looks as if there will be a number of disappointed customers.
