cheap luches anyone??

Anyone have suggestions how to keep cost of packed lunch to a minimum??

I give juice in sports bottles, use cheap yogs etc, its just sandwich fillers that seem pricey.

Any ideas??

Ah well seeing as you lot are obviously busy sunning yourselves i've had to come up with ideas of my own!!

Thinking tomatoes sauce made with can toms, onion and garlic, bit of balsamic vin and sprinkle of herbs, mixed with pasta served cold in little tub in packed lunch. Got to be cheaper than a pack of ham.

AND just remembering ds likes cream crackers with various things on them, butter cheese jam (yuk be he loves it) and can have carrot sticks etc to give it healthier edge....
