Kenwood Major - chopping onions

I hate chopping onions and am wondering if anyone can recommend an attachment for my Kenwood Major that'll take away my tears?

There are food processor attachments, but, unless you are chopping seriously mega quantities and very often, I doubt they'd be worthwhile. Get a hand-operated chopper, like this or similar.

Or wear swimming goggles! Seriously, they do work.

I don't really want yet another kitchen gadget if there is something that works with one that I've already got...
Maybe it'll be the goggles then! I seem to use an awful lot of onions though...

It's smaller than the food processor attachment.

I have a Kenwood Chef, and drool over the attachments, so can understand the attraction and the anti-clutter as well. Current wishlist is the potato-peeler and masher.

potato peeler is also on the dream list! sigh...
basically what I need is a personal prep chef! Does Kenwood do one of them?
