What are breeks?

My dd managed to ruin 2 pairs of tights within one week. The school only started uniform this September - I hadn't realised some of it was such poor quality.

I'd go for the patch as I'm rubbish at sewing.

Later today I have to sew one button on her top and sew up the hem on her trousers.

Go on sew on a patch. Say sorry you're not good at sewing. We can't always say the right thing to our kids and have to stick to the bad idea, do we?
