Especially for sensitive skin, that's not drying.

Preferably cheap, too, and preferably easy to buy in bulk.

Smells nice is a bonus

Ecover handwash is good for my sensitive skin, smells of lavender so a love-it-or-hate-it thing.

It's not that cheap, but I find you need to water it down by about 1/3 which sort of makes it cheaper.

Radox 'milky' handwashes. The clear liquids are a bit harsher.

Buy one of the ones that foams up the soap, then once you've used the soap in it up, you can refill with a third liquid soap, a third water - makes it go much further. I really like the Ecover one (seems to keep the sink cleaner too), but currently have refilled an old foamer-upper with a Tisserand tea tree and grapefruit hand/body/face wash in.
