Paint on rear of trousers!! Help please.....

I have been decorating ds's bedroom, and after painting one wall I reversed into it (don't ask how) and got a lovely big blue paint print on my bum. This dried really quickly and I didn't get them to the sink quickly enough. Now the paint won't come off. It's only emulsion, not gloss and I assumed it would come off quite easily. How wrong can you be!
What can I do to get it off, oh yes forgot to say, it's on denim jeans; and yes I know I should have worn an older pair and not my nice pair. Feel very silly. Dd took a photo and the paint is a perfect heart shape on my bum.

It should come off in the washing machine if its emulsion? I have done this often!

Just taken them out of the washing machine, and the paint is still there. It's a hint smaller, but still there never the less. This is why I didn't get the paint off straight away because it always comes off when you wash it. NOT THIS TIME!!!!
