What can I use to polish my dds?

I find that the initial shine has worn off my dds now so I thought that it may be cheaper to find a good polish, cloth or other product as that is likely to be cheaper than parking them in a nursery for twelve hours a day. Has anyone found such a product that will make them come up nice and shiny again? Also if anyone has found a product that pays the mortgage or gets dh to clear up after himself do let me know.

I would like something that would encourage teenage children to talk rather than grunt. I'm sure there must be a wipe that will do that.

Oooh and if anyone has a recipe for self cleaning toilet and self ironing clothes I would be extremely grateful.

i'm sure chocolate is a child polish, and that they instinctively coat themselves with it to show you what to do.

Bugger all this self-cleaning nonsense, lets just have disposable everything then we can replace it when we're fed up of it.
