Ecloth mops?

I bought one after they came up on swears by - and I don't get it?

No cleaning product at all?

I've used it for the first time yesterday on my bathroom floor and have smears, and we spilt milk all over the kitchen floor today and I can't accept that it's not grim to just wipe t with water?!

Please help!

I use one. For spills I use old towels or kitchen roll, then clean - I don't use a mop to soak things up. I've always done that though. Really hot water is the key and washing the mop head. Anything used to soak up milk or other dairy products needs to be washed or they'll quickly get very stinky. I do sometimes add disinfectant or Flash to the mop water, but you don't have to.

The smears on your bathroom floor might be whatever you've been using to clean it in the past. Rinse the mop head regularly and don't try to do the whole room without rinsing it out.

Ok thanks.
My cleaner has always previously done the floor and I don't know what she used. So maybe it'll go after a few cleans.

I use a bit of Method almond smelling floor cleaner with mine (and I do use flash on kitchen floor sporadically too)

I add Flash to the water even though you aren’t supposed to need it, I don’t feel as though I have done a proper clean else

@WhentheDealGoesDown I know, right? That's how I feel.
