Tips for reducing creases?

My clothes are completely crumpled when they come out of the washing machine. Am I doing something wrong?

I've tried less clothes and more and it makes no difference ...

No advice but I’m in cause I want other people’s advice!
I’ve even gone for slower spin cycles 😬

Make sure you are using the correct wash for the material most machines have cotton washed synthetics etc, if it's adjustable water levels use a little more and use as low a spin as you can. Don't overload the washer, look at its instructions ( online if they have gone astray) and then weigh your washing load you may be surprised how little a load actually is.
Open and shake out items as soon as the washer finishes ( use a delay start if necessary) then hang to dry on hangers and on the line.

I find this really helps, it seems like a faf but once you get used to how much a load should be and what wash clothes need you don't even notice

Ah a slower spin cycle! I love my super fast one so maybe that's the problem- thanks

Yup a fast spin cycle will force creases in that will be a bugger to remove

I iron out the really bad wrinkles while the clothes are still damp then it only needs a quick iron if needed when dry. Plus a lower spin cycle and appropriate washing programme.

I do one of these 2 things 1. Iron the clothes while still damp and hang somewhere warm to dry off 2. put on a slow spin then hang them indoors to dry. While they are still damp I put one or two only articles on a low setting on the tumble dryer and they come out with only minor creases. The latter takes a bit of trial and error but works well on the whole
