Washing machine help

The bearings on my 10 year old aqualtis hotpoint have gone, so desperately seeking new machine before it totally dies (and neighbours report me for noise pollution!) Please recommend me machines in the £300-400 range. Needs to be 9+ kg. Currys have a LG one supposedly reduced from £650 to £379 I'm leaning towards, any thoughts?

It's good to note that aside from the price range, also consider the economy of the machine as some are cheaper but aren't energy efficient. there are good samsung brands aside from lg and you can look them up at amazon so you get the idea of which one is within your budget.

If you were happy with your Hotpoint and had it 10 years on Appliances Direct there are 2 Hotpoint machines with 9kg load around £300 and some a but more expensive... I do think LG are good but find Curry's often inflate the "original" price. That said if it's a good deal go for it.

Thanks everyone, yes, always suspicious when currys only sells something at the higher price for a week before it being on 'sale'!
