Mould marks

Hi,

Hoping someone can help, with the hectic summer holidays pretty much everything has mounted up, the washing, cleaning, life in general. Anyway I'm sounding like an actual slob, I don't consider myself as one just a time poor mum.

So, a bunch of stuff has got mould on, clothing mainly but also some garden bits from the storage unit that wasn't water tight. Anyway what's the best way to get mould out of fabrics? They are coloured fabrics, when I put things in the wash I usually spray with stain remover strain, put a scoop of vanish gold in the tray and use the anti stain wash cycle but they have still been there after the wash. Is there any hope?

No idea on the clothes sorry but for everything else I'd just bleach it. We had a mould problem in our bathroom for a while as it had no proper ventilation and bleach kept it at bay.

I can highly recommend the Dr Beckmann Staiin Devils kit you can buy in the supermarket (got mine in Sainsbury's £4). It's got three bottles of stain removing position/powders which each tackle different stains. Brilliant stuff.

Mould can be tricky to shift though but I'd say this is worth a go.

I will have to look at that kit, planning on going to Sainsbury's later.

Normally I bleach things, used almost a bottle of ace whitener getting the mould out of the high hair straps, it worked though after hours of soaking and changing the water.
