Saving money on Aldi shop

We shop at Aldi and wanted to see if there were more ways to save whilst shopping at Aldi because they don't tend to have many products of the same and don't tend to have a reduced aisle - well I have never seen one.

Does anybody shop at Aldi and managed to cut back on costs whilst shopping at Aldi?

I try and eat the fruit or veg they have on offer. They usually have 5 things on the end of the aisle that are really cheap. Usually includes at least one in season fruit that I'll buy for thr week.
Also helps us try new veg.

Ours sometimes has reduced items, theyre on the 'seasonal shelves' by the tills. Mini cream eggs are 29p a packet now easter is over and some weird Vietnamese sauces are 29p along with a few other bits. We dont get a lot discounted because they have an agreement with the local food bank that they will get anything useful like bread and veg.

Try a bigger supermarket like morrisons last thing at night 8pm onwards is best. I know people who have paid stupid prices like 5p for chickens and bread. Confused
