This one is nice but the pillow cases are separate and each pillow case is 36 euro so 72 euro on top of the price of a king size duvet case. Gulp!

Thanks ! both of those are surprisingly nice for the price. I'd forgotten about dunelm mill, I like the colour scheme of soft green with a tiny bit of lilac.
