Good times/day to shop at lidl

I run a pretty organised household as dh and dd both have disabilities. I usually do z weekly shop at lidl on Sunday morning (usually 8:30 when if opens ) ang time before 10 am when it gets busy. I'd like to do this in the week but so far either busy or key items missing (shop in process of restocking ). Key items are mince chicken thighs and the big tubs of Greek yoghurt.

Anyone able to suggest good times or data to try. Evenings or in the day on z Thursday.
I'm sorry if this sounds mad but I want to waste as little time as poss on shops that take too long or leave me without things that are a core part of what we eat. And yes we eat mince all the bloody time!

That doesn't sound mad at all but I think each store will have their own restocking schedule, so maybe you need to flag down a manager and ask?

The other random thing that occurred to me - Thursday may be a difficult day to gauge as the specials are rotated that day (unless I'm conflating Aldi with Lidl?).

I see I was hoping there was a sort of standard way supermarkets restock. But asking is a novel idea - I'll do that thx

Saturday night is always good as they are restocking in preparation for the Sunday morning rush.
