Disinfecting limestone floor?

I usually clean our new limestone floor with the special cleaner that was sold by the supplier.

Today we had our drains flushed and the guys walked dirty sewagy water through the house. We've just cleaned with the usual stuff but now I'm thinking we should disinfect too. Is there anything safe for limestone I can use?
