.. both children (unusually) trapsed through in muddy wet shoes after school before I could stop them. Normally v. good about removing at front door but not today! not the day the floor is actually clean!

.. dog vommed four times over said clean (though now a bit muddy) floor. And before anyone says "is poor D b'stard Dog ok"? She was only sick because she insists on eating grass!

.. Orange Juice dripped out of the lid not put back on properly by one of aforementioned children onto floor.

SO WHY DID I BOTHER?????

Grrrrr. Rant over. Thanks for listening!

Oh yes, this sounds so familiar, spent ages on the floors yesterday morning, and today you would think I had left them for a month!,the joys of parenthood/petownership, eh? Grin

This is the universe telling you not to bother cleaning the floor!

I was going to do mine today but now you've reminded me of the pointlessness of overdoing it with housework

So I shall watch Puss in Boots with DD2 and crochet.
