How do you wash small fiddly things in the dishwasher?

Like fridge magnets, clothes pegs, Lego etc.?

I want to wash all of these things Grin.

In a zipped net laundry bag? Or you can get one of those plastic lidded baskets that you can use for dummies, teats, etc.

I dont think I have ever washed any of those things! I would probably get a basin of soapy water and swoosh them about a bit instead and then rinse with clean water

Ah, thank you. I have one of those laundry baskets somewhere, but I'll try the cutlery basket otherwise.

Yeah, cutlery basket.

Although, fridge magnets....the hot water might ruin them, you know the glue between the magnet and the plastic bit!

I stick things like that in a pillow case, tie the top shut with a cable tie and then put it in the washing machine with a couple of towels on 90C. I figure that will kill any nasties that may be lurking.
