Vax Home Master steam cleaner - anyone got one?

I have one and do like it but have a problem with it. Firstly I can't figure out how to empty it (it dribbles so slowly out of where you put the water in) and they say you should empty it. Also, while I have your ear, which attachments do you use for what?!
