Car smells of sick!

help! My new car reeks of sick ! Unfortunately I was sick whilst driving on Sunday :(

I cleaned up with baby wipes soon after being able to safely pull over, have washed carpets and mags thoroughly, got febreze down and bicarbonate of soda. It still smells though!

What else can I do?

Really struggling, and any advice appreciated!!!

TIA

Fresh air was the only thing that got rid of the sicky smell in our car when the youngest exploded all over the back seat, the driver's seat, the floor...

Leave the windows open as often and for as long as you can.

Bicarb and biological washing powder. I rubbed the back seat (DS was car sick) with water with bicarb in it, rubbed the biological washing powder into the area so it foamed (the smell went instantly at this point, I was really impressed) then wiped it over with more bicarb water.

You have to do a whole seat / area to prevent it looking like someone's wet themselves on your car seats, but this should do the job.

Oh and we keep a febreze air freshener block / globe thingy in the car as well, although we've had no sign of the smell since.
