The last couple of times that I have used the oven to cook anything involving fat-Yorkshire puddings and roast duck today- both dp and I are suffering from stinging eyes, I'm now reluctant to use the oven again because I have a 3 month old ds in the house, is it the oven? Baking trays? I'm inclined to replace the oven (electric) and the baking trays, it's weird though because it doesn't happen so much when we cook dryer food. What do you think? I have thought about getting it deep cleaned but there are some really good deals on ovens and for an extra 80 odd quid I could replace the oven.
