Can I freeze leftover roast dinner?

Made a roast tonight, chicken and veg etc, and have a lot left over that I'm hoping will provide DD with a couple of meals.

Can I freeze it, or if not how long will it keep in the fridge?

TIA

No "official" information here, but I've frozen left over roast before and it was fine. Made fresh gravy to go with it though, as the meat was a bit dry.

It'll be fine frozen. I used to freeze roast dinners for DS to take to work. They'll keep for 6 months (ish) frozen.

I freeze the bits separately as they defrost and reheat at different rates. For example chicken in one bag/ box, veg in another, potatoes in another, gravy in another.

I'm not a big fan of the veg when its unfrozen so usually blitz it into a soup with some stock.

If its been refrigerated as soon as cool, I go for two days in the fridge i.e eat day after cooking or the day after that.
