space saving furniture for teen's rooms

anyone's heard of a similar company in the UK?

I love all those designs on the video, but they do not come cheap. Surely if a person can afford this stuff, they can afford to move to a bigger house?

I think is cheaper to kit out kids room for say 4K in total than to move to the house where the mortgage cost monthly over a year would be much more than 4K

I think this is the uk distributor for the resource type stuff - no prices though! here
