getting pva glue put of navy trousers

any ideas, washing them has made it ten times worse, they are covered and yhey are dd's favourite school trousers, am currently sat here picking it off but it is going to take hours and probably ruin the trousers more.

Don't really have a clue but maybe stick them in the freezer like you would with chewing gum? Make it easier to chip off?

will certainly give it a try, the picking is no longer working and after several hours they dont look any better.

I have a feeling once you wash then it's too late - IIRC from running palygroups COLD water to rinse out then a cold wash.

well it didnt work, but it did have dd in stitches when I pulled her trousers out of the freezer this morning.
